In this interactive session participants will identify key components of an ideal grid and then talk about what the existing grid will look like in 5, 10 and 20 years if the pace of change continues.

The "new utility customer" wants more; more real-time information, more insight, and most importantly more reliability. As the utility, it is no longer good enough to be the best in the utility business but rather the trusted energy advisor in a competitive market.
